My Digital Self
December 05, 2014
During my time at McMaster, I worked on an Independent Research Project for credit towards my master’s under the supervision of Dr. David Harris Smith. My semester was spent creating a 30-day performance art piece and culminated in a lengthy artist statement.
For 30 days I tracked my life and put it online for all to see; if I could figure out a way to quantify a facet of my life, it was shared with the world. For 30 days I tried to create the most authentic digital version of myself that I could.
This is a project I will be revisiting, one day, to improve on my first performance.
